Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been placed.
How do I know if my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered at checkout.
If you had ordered a digital print or template, it will be sent as a digital file to the email you provided at checkout.
If you have not received a confirmation shortly after submitting your order, contact us, and we'll get it sorted!

What kind of payment is accepted?
We accept payment with VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, all possible
via Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also offer ShopPay, and PayPal. It may also possible to make the payment
via a bank/wire transfer but please get in touch for further details.
Can I order a custom-sized print?
Usually, we do not offer custom-sized prints. Under each print, you can see the
different available sizes and prices. However, if there is a print size you can not live
without, send us an email and we will have a look at the possibilities :)
